Overview
Sendero Ballroom
Our Sendero Ballroom is the only ballroom on the first floor of the hotel, making you feel as though you have your own uniquely private facility. With large picture windows that overlook the 4th Street Mall, the elegant interior boasts 11-foot ceilings with large mirrors on both ends of the room. This ballroom can accommodate up to 350 seated diners with a delightful and very private reception area. One of the most remarkable features is a separate entrance from the 4th Street Mall into a gorgeous marble foyer with a strikingly beautiful Art Nouveau Chandelier. Sendero Ballroom may also be divided into three separate meeting rooms, which can comfortably fit as many as 180 guests, depending on the set-up.

Grand Pavilion
The Grand Pavilion is our largest Ballroom at 11,300 square feet, with 16-foot coffered ceilings and 21 custom-designed light fixtures. The Pavilion has its own large Pre-function space that will provide a warm and inviting reception area for your guests' arrival. The Grand Pavilion accommodates up to 1,000 guests for a banquet, up to 1,200 for a reception, 850 in a classroom setting and 1,275 in a theater arrangement.
Our Grand Pavilion Ballroom is extensive enough to be divided into six rooms, or a combination of rooms just the right size for your event. These individual meeting rooms are beyond elegant – easily accommodating from 70 up to 500 guests for banquets or up to 700 for receptions.
Fiesta Ballroom
The Fiesta Ballroom is the only ballroom in the city overlooking the Civic Plaza. Large picture windows cover the entire north side of the ballroom for a great view of the Plaza. This is a perfect size room for a seated dinner for 110 or less. Located on the second floor, Fiesta has a pre-function area overlooking the exquisite, soaring atrium. Fiesta Ballroom may be divided into four meeting venues (Fiesta Rooms 1 – 4). A perfect choice for small to midsize groups, Fiesta Meeting Rooms accommodate groups ranging from 24 to 35 for banquets and receptions with 450 square feet in each room.
Enchantment Ballroom
Just as the name implies, it is an enchanting Ballroom with the east wall of the room filled with nearly floor-to-ceiling picture windows. Located on the second floor, with a prefuncton area overlooking our beautiful indoor atrium, Enchantment Ballroom can accommodate up to 300 seated dinners. This lovely venue can be divided into six separate rooms (Enchantment Rooms A – F). Enchantment Meeting Rooms feature between 456 to 551 square feet of inviting interior space. The individual rooms can accommodate from 40 to 60 guests.

Sage Room
Situated on the second floor, The Sage Room is ideal for mid-size meetings and conferences, accommodating up to 100 for banquets or 150 for receptions. A classroom size of 70 and boardroom accommodations for 30 are hallmarks of our oft-requested Sage Room. The Sage Room boasts 1,250 square feet of elegantly appointed interior space.
Boardroom North
Elegantly styled with a classic boardroom table and comfortable leather executive chairs, Boardroom East features 435 square feet of well-appointed interior space.

Situated on the second floor of the hotel, Boardroom East features 480 square feet of well-appointed interior space. Organize a VIP meeting for as many as 20 attendees, or remove the furnishing to host a private reception for 30 guests.
